Legal aid may be available to tenants who are facing possession proceedings, eviction (bailiff notice), disrepair, transfer and suitability, homelessness, harassment, unlawful/illegal eviction. If you do not qualify for Legal Aid, we provide competitive rates and can agree fixed fees.

We can also help with Welfare Benefits issues and are experienced in advising you in relation to appealing decisions not to grant you welfare benefits and in drafting submissions to the welfare tribunal.
